How do you get to SFU?
- On I-5 North, take the 176th Street (Douglas) Truck Border Crossing.
- Follow 176th Street for approximately 15 km until you reach Highway 1.
- Proceed west on Highway 1 for approximately 6 km until you reach the Port Mann Bridge.
- Follow Highway 1 for about 5km past the Port Mann Bridge, then take the Gaglardi Way off-ramp ... there will be signs indicating "take this exit" for Simon Fraser University.
- Proceed along Gaglardi for about 5km up the mountain until you reach the SFU Campus. Terry Fox Field is the field to your left, above the tennis courts and surrounded by a running track.

- I-5 North - Cross the border at the Truck crossing in Blaine.
- Follow 176th Street for approximately 15 km until you reach Highway 1 on ramp Trans Canada West.
- Exit # 44 - first one after the Port Mann Bridge.
- Slight Left onto Lougheed Highway East.
- Left onto United Way North ramp toward Mariner Way.
- Right on Mariner.
- Left onto Como Lake Avenue.
- School is on the right - Dr. Charles Best Secondary, 2525 Como Lake Ave, Coquitlam.
Cunnings Field
1299 Pinetree Way, Pinewood Ave. Town Centre Sports Fields, Coquitlam
- On I-5 North, Cross the border at the Truck crossing in Blaine.
- Follow 176th Street for approximately 15 km until you reach Highway 1.
- Proceed west on Highway 1 for approximately 6 km until you reach the Port Mann Bridge.
- Exit #44 immediately following the Bridge ( Cape Horn Interchange) and follow the off-ramp to Lougheed Highway (7) East.
- Lougheed Highway for approximately 5km to an intersection where Lougheed Highway meets Barnet Highway. (Lougheed makes a right angle turn to the right at this intersection: you will follow the road straight through the intersection DO NOT TURN TO FOLLOW LOUGHEED).
- Road changes from Lougheed Highway to Pinetree Way.
- Follow Pinetree Way for about 2 km ... after crossing Guildford Way, the complex will be on your right, and you will see the artificial turf field just on the other side of the road into the complex.
Burnaby Lake Sports Complex West
3677 Kensington Ave, Burnaby
- I-5 North - Cross the border at the Truck crossing in Blaine.
- Exit 33 off freeway.
- Keep to right onto Kensington Avenue.
- Through traffic light.
- Left onto Joe Sakic Way which leads into sports complex.
Mercer Stadium
10 th Avenue @ 6 th Street , New Westminster
- Take the HWY-99 N ramp toward VANCOUVER.
- ANNACIS HWY. exit- EXIT 16- toward NEW WESTMINSTER.
- Take the HWY-91A exit- EXIT 11- toward NEW WESTMINSTER.
- Take the ramp toward 20TH ST / STEWARDSON WAY.
- 1 st RIGHT onto 20 th St.
- RIGHT onto 10TH AVE.
- Field will be on Right side just past intersection with Canada Way.
